WHEN PURCHASING A PUPPY A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $200.00 IS REQUIRED. THIS PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY PAY PAL or A POSTAL MONEY ORDER.  YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT STATING YOU UNDERSTAND THE DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. THE BALANCE OF MONEY IS DUE WHEN THE PUPPY TURNS 8 WEEKS OLD AND AT THE TIME YOU PICK UP YOUR PUPPY, THE PUPPY MUST BE PAID IN CASH. BE SURE TO CALL ME BEFORE PUTTING A DEPOSIT ON A PUPPY, TO MAKE SURE THE PUPPY IS STILL AVAILABLE 805-434-7583.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE REST OF THE MONEY MINUS THE DEPOSIT, I WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE OF $5 A DAY TO CARE FOR YOUR PUPPY UNTIL YOUR PUPPY IS PAID IN FULL. THIS FEE WILL COVER NORMAL CARE, FEEDING, WATERING, PUPPY SHOTS AND TRIMMING THE PUPPIES NAILS. I WILL CONTINUE TO SOCIALIZE YOUR PUPPY ALSO.

I will e-mail you the contract to sign stating the deposit is non-refundable, you can print it and sign. Mail it with your deposit.

DEPOSITS

All deposits are non-refundable.  This means should you put a deposit on a puppy and then change your mind, you are not entitled to get that money back. Deposits will be refunded to the purchaser if the puppy should become ill before going to its new home. If paying through pay pal you must add 3 1/2% to the total, I get charged to with draw the funds.

All pups come UTD on all shots and deworming. Vet exam as needed.

The BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If puppy is found to be in poor health within the 72 hour time frame then BREEDER will refund BUYER'S money. If the BUYER chooses not to have puppy examined within 72 hours this contract will become null and void for any refund of monies OR REPLACEMENT PUPPY.

The BUYER must present to the breeder written verification from veterinarian as to the illness of the PUPPY prior to refund. NO REFUND will be made until such documentation is provided. BREEDER reserves the right to take said puppy to his/her vet for a second opinion before any refunds are made. Buyer is responsible for shipping puppy back to the breeder.

If the pup dies you must have a necropsy done by a licensed Vet and a written report provided to me before the pup will be replaced. I will not cover hypoglycemia.

If the second opinion or the necropsy confirms any Hereditary-Congenital defects and not due to neglect on your part the pup will be replaced with the next available pup of equal quality, price and sex.
